ABOUT US

Filippo Santoni is an architect and urban planner with a diverse background, having studied in Florence, Lisbon, Paris, and Ahmedabad, in addition to the Accademia di Architettura in Mendrisio. He started his career at the studios of Christian Kerez and KCAP in Zurich. In 2016, he co-founded Project Tbilisi, winning the competition to rehabilitate the Mtkvari River Bank. He has been teaching at ETH Zurich alongside professors Aristide Antonas and   Atavism Architecture, Heritage & Sustainability Prof. Mariam Issoufou.

Serena Santini is an architect who studied at the Accademia di Architettura in Mendrisio, ULL in Lisbon, and FAU in São Paulo. She began her career at Aires Mateus in Lisbon, Barão-Hutter, and Bosshard Vaquer in Zurich. In 2016, she co-founded Project Tbilisi, winning the competition for the Mtkvari River Bank rehabilitation. From 2017 to 2022, she taught at the Accademia di Architettura in Mendrisio with professor Valentin Bearth and now leads the architectural studio Santini Santoni.
